    For Two Bedrooms, average rates range mainly from $2300-$3200, with most starting at or above $2700.

    For Three Bedrooms - virtually none available in the Metro areas for stays less than 6 months.

Minneapolis Suburbs

    For One Bedrooms, average rates range mainly from $1700-$2400, with most starting at or above $2000.
